• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) are generally handled the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using insulated cold-chain materials and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.
